* AFFECTED AREA...Most of Coconino and Navajo counties, and much of Yavapai and Apache counties for Thursday and Friday.

* WINDS...Southwest 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 55 mph.

* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent.

* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
