Prescott 2015 Christmas Light Parade Featured

It was a cold night for glittering and twinkling lights, but that didn’t stop the crowds from lining Prescott’s streets

Floats were all lit up Saturday night along the parade route which went north on Cortez, crossing over at Willis and heading back south on Montezuma towards Mile High Middle School. Although the temperatures were in the low 30’s at Parade time, that didn’t stop thousands of people from coming to watch. Huddled in blankets, wearing warm gloves and jackets, children often had lighted hair bands, or sticks to participate in the festivities.
