Market Made Easy with the Maxwell Group: The Launch Pad Featured

When Courtney Osterfelt first had the idea for The Launch Pad, surely she had no idea that the Launch would be so exciting and successful.

Carissa Maxwell and Kellen Hoskins are joined by Courtney Osterfelt, the Executive Director of the Launch Pad in Prescott.

Carissa and Kellen have chosen, with tax season upon us, to feature some organizations that qualify for Arizona Charitable Tax Credit during the month of March. Listen in as Courtney explains how the Launch Pad got started and why it’s the fastest growing small non-profit in Yavapai County.

The Launch Pad is a youth-driven space – a non-profit teen center – with teens in every level of the program. Teens help with after school programs, tutoring center, summer camps, an internship program and community service programs. Six teens from ages 13-18 serve side-by-side with adults on the Board of Directors, even having full voting rights.

The Launch Pad has just purchased a new warehouse to move into to accommodate their growth. Be sure to listen to hear the plan and how you can help support this effort.
