After the election, there was a flurry of activity from unhappy voters calling for various states to secede from the United States by setting up a petition on the government's site "We the People".
The terms of service are that petitions which reach 150 signatures in 30 days will be searchable on the WhiteHouse.gov site. If a petition reaches 25,000 signatures within 30 days, it will require an administrative response.
Arizona didn't meet the 25,000 signature requirement (did you sign the petition?) but the response made to other states is probably the same as the response to AZ would be.
Boil it all down, and the answer is, "No."
