AACM Names Jean-Marie Bellington as Board Chair Featured

Local president of Tri-City Property Management Services, Inc, Jean-Marie Bellington, will serve as the Chair of AACM in 2018.

Jean-Marie Bellington, President of Tri-City Property Management Services, Inc., a full-service homeowners’ association management company with offices in Prescott, Tucson and Mesa, will serve as Board of Directors Chair of the Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), starting in January 2018. Bellington serves on the Board in her fifth two-year term. Bellington also received an award at the organization’s annual banquet for her time and dedication as the Educational Chair for the AACM Board of Directors 2017.  As Chair, Bellington is instrumental in writing and evaluating course curriculum, as well as instructing students through board-approved courses and content. AACM offers a certification program and continuing education for those involved in community association management.
