Suspect involved in Congress to Wittmann Pursuit Being Sought

49 yoa male suspect.
The residence was cleared at about 9:30 a.m. and the suspect was not located. We established a possible location for the suspect in the Copper Basin community, about 5 miles north of the original location. Deputies relocated to that neighborhood and spotted the suspect running into a park near a K-8 school. The school was locked down as a precaution, however, the suspect never entered school property. At about 10:25 a.m., a resident in the 2800 block of Mineral Park Rd in Copper Basin, reported a person matching the suspect's description stole her pickup truck from in front of the residence. We have confirmed that the suspect was the one who stole the truck. He was last seen driving northbound on Gantzel Road.
We are looking for this suspect and vehicle:
John R. Bowman, 49-years-old. (photo attached). He was last seen driving a stolen 2008 Chevrolet Pickup truck, silver with black rims. The plate is (AZ) 370-ZZY. It has a skull sticker on the back window. The suspect is considered armed and dangerous. Please call 911 if the truck or suspect is spotted.
9 a.m. UPDATE
At 12:30 a.m., PCSO Deputies responded at request of Mesa PD to check the welfare of a female who texted her son that her boyfriend was threatening her. Her son was in Mesa.
Deputies arrived and found a stolen vehicle in driveway of residence. It was listen stolen out of Gilbert and believed to have been driven by suspect. Female (girlfriend) exited residence with two children 11 and 12, and told deputies boyfriend was inside with guns threatening her with a handgun and said he would not be taken alive by law enforcement.
Suspect is a registered sex offender wanted for previous violation of sex offender registry laws, as well as threats and harassment and violating a restraining order.
As of this time, we have had no contact with the suspect, however he was seen inside the residence by deputies at about 2 a.m. At 5:30 a.m., he contacted his girlfriend via cell phone and said that he was going to kill deputies prior to the conclusion of the incident.
