(No, I will not mention lawyers at this time.)

But, if you're in the mood for some education, (since it's also back-to-school week for many communities) there's a Shark Foundation site that is crammed full of information you can read. 

Of course, if you're more in the mood for shark steaks than fishy learning, here's a recipe for that which might be worth trying. Wouldn't that go nicely with zucchini - which by the way, it's National Zucchini Day. And since it's National Peach Month, we all know what's for dessert...
